Coach Charlie's Bio:

Born in Middletown New Jersey, but he was raised in Altamonte Springs, Florida. He has been registered as an athlete with Florida swimming for 17 years. He has had 4 national age groups records, 4 individual State records, and over 30 top 16 USA finishes in his career.

Rose swam for Lyman High School, was a 6 time High School All-American and was a State Champion his Junior and Senior years. He was a Junior National and Senior National finalist.

He went to Florida State University were he received his BS Degree in nutrition and fitness and completed the Dietetic requirements. He also swam for FSU and twice was a NCAA All-American.

He then went on and was the Grad Assistant Coach for FSU from 1991-1992. In 1994 he was the Assistant Coach of the USS Blue Doflins of Orlando and in 1995 became the Head Branch Coach for the Oviedo pool. From 1995-1996, Charlie was the Co-Head Coach for Oviedo High Swimming and is now the Head Coach for the swimming and water polo teams. He is the head coach for Blue Dolfins at the Oviedo branch.

Chazz enjoys coaching, fishing, and golf. He is married to Renee Thomas and has 2 daughters Carlie and Marin born in October of 2002 and December of 2004.

Coach Joe Auer's Bio:

Joe is the junior's head coach.

Joe started his swimming career with the Blue Dolfins in 1975. As a swimmer, he held numerous state and national records eventually swimming for the University of Florida where he graduated. During High school, Joe was a multiple All - American and State Champion. In addition, he led his team to 4 State championship titles. He started Coaching with the Blue Dolfins in the early 90's and produced swimmers at the Senior National leveland later coached with Lake Highland for several years.. Joe is married to Bess who he met at UF and they have son Jackson. Joe is an event coordinator with Championship Events.
